I host a fitness camp every Saturday morning. They are conducted at 860 Herbert Road in Cordova, TN unless otherwise noted.
My camps include both strength/resistance training and cardiovascular exercises and are designed to maximize fat loss. The workouts are intense and vary from week to week; however, newcomers should not feel intimidated. Everyone is encouraged to go at his/her own pace. Just know that "you're only going to get out of it what you put into it."
You'll be among individuals with varying fitness levels; however, all are striving towards one common goal - to be healthier and more fit. Participants are very encouraging to one another and push each other to complete assigned exercises. If you're up for the challenge, join us for an intense hour of fitness.
5:00 a.m. - 6:00 a.m.,
6:00 a.m. - 7:00 a.m. or
7:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.
$10 per class or $25 per month (paid in advance) for all Saturdays in that month.
