Fitness Camps
 
I host fitness camps every Saturday morning.  The location of these camps are either at Bert Ferguson Park in Cordova, Halle Stadium on Mt. Moriah and/or my studio in Cordova. 
 
My camps include both strength/resistance training and cardiovascular exercises and are designed to maximize fat loss.  The workouts are intense and vary from week to week.  I remind participants that "you're only going to get out of it what you put into it." 
 
You'll be among individuals with varying fitness levels; however, all are striving towards one common goal - to be healthier and more fit.  Participants are very encouraging to one another and push each other to complete assigned exercises. If you're up for the challenge, join us for an intense hour of fitness. 
 
                             Scheduled days and times (subject to change)
                              Saturday: 7 a.m. - 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. - 11 a.m. 
                                                    Sunday: 7 a.m. - 8 a.m.
