My experience with Tim has been great!  I became pregnant about 3 years ago and gained about 70 pounds.  After having my baby, I weighed 170 pounds.  I wasn't happy with myself at all.  I started Weight Watchers and did lose weight but I didn't stick with it and gained what I had lost back.  About a  year ago, I started working with Tim.  I can honestly say that I have not only lost weight, but I am toned, I'm healthier, I feel better and I look better because Tim has helped me make positive changes in my life.  It's the best feeling in the world to go from a size 12 to a size 6.  My weight loss hasn't happened overnight, but with dedication and an awesome trainer, I see results today and so does everyone else!

I started my torturous journey with Tim on June 24.  I had no idea what exactly to expect, but one thing I knew for sure… I needed to be scared, very scared!  Day one I was weighed and measured, we discussed my fitness and lifestyle goals, and finally completed my assessment.  I attended three times a week for 30 minutes.  I know 30 minutes doesn’t seem like much time to get in an effective workout but trust me he worked the shortcake out of me for those 30 minutes and they were VERY effective.  So effective in that each day after my workout I would go home, shower, and climb into bed for the REST of the day (thank God for summer vacation)!  My workouts were so intense that I decided against making my bed when I would leave home.  That was just one more muscle that I would have to move when I was ready to get back in it.  I would workout with Tim at noon and be in bed by 1.  The next morning I would awake screaming for either a morphine drip or even for someone to shoot me and put me out of my misery.  Tim didn’t care about my pain.  He would offer a very insincere “I’m sorry”. 

There were a lot of days I cried and even literally vomited. However it was worth every bit of torture.  By the time I returned to school (teacher) on July 29, I was down 14 pounds.  Yup, in 6 weeks I was down 14 pounds (no starvation, no diet pills, no surgery).  I know that seems unreal but each day he pushed me to a point where I REALLY started to detest the guy and his friend Jacob!  I changed my eating habits and followed the guidelines that him set for me.  Because of the inches lost in my waist and hips, I was able to get into a pair of jeans that I bought two years ago and couldn’t get passed my thighs, but boy oh boy I’m wearing those puppies now and if I must say so myself I look smoking hot!

I have always tried to maintain what I considered a healthy weight/lifestyle.  Then I hit my 30’s in 2004 and I felt like my body was fighting against me!  I started moderate exercising on a regular basis.  Fast forward to 2011 and I had to start taking a medication that slowly caused me to gain weight. I think I was in denial until I bought my first pair of size 12 jeans.  So in May 2011 I started power walking 5x’s a week. I did see results-got into size 10 and a few size 8’s but I didn’t feel comfortable.  My husband learned of Tim’s personal training so we decided that was what I needed to “jumpstart” my body.  I was always the person that said ‘I would never pay someone to help me workout.”  Well, it’s been 6 months and I am loving my personal training!  I’ve done exercises that I never knew existed and pushed my body to its limit!

Tim has also helped me to be more conscience about what my family and I put into our bodies.  My 14 year old has gotten more active-she has actually started working out with me and on her own and has slimmed down.  My husband isn’t able to work out like he wants to but he has started making better eating choices so that has helped him lose some weight. So my journey to bettering myself has benefited my family!  I like how Tim always encourages me to get my family involved in my life style changes because at first I was holding back because I didn’t want them to feel bad, but they actually ask me questions and want  me to share with them what I am learning.

A few weeks ago we went on vacation.  Last summer my swimwear was size 12/14.  This time it consisted of size smalls and 8’s! I am now also able to get back into some of my size 6 clothing!

So…I’m so glad I am able to experience the benefits of personal training. I appreciate Tim’s style of dealing with me.  He is firm but fair and very encouraging even when I know I had a bad session.  With his help I am enjoying my new found energy, strength and confidence!

I have always been a relatively health conscience individual; however after meeting with Tim I see that I had a lot of room to grow.  With my participation in the Saturday morning Boot Camps I found  that I was not in as good of shape as I thought I was before I tried this workout routine!  After the first session at Haley Stadium, I truly felt he was trying to kill us running the steps with 20lbs jackets on to help ease the pain!  I swore if I finished this I would pay this man his $10 and he will never see me again.  However, I felt pretty good the whole day after recovering from the workout. 
 
I continued my weekly workout on my own and began to visit Tim on Saturday mornings.  As time went on I eventually stopped saying that he worshiped another power.  At the time, I thought he had to believe in something different from the rest of us to come up with the exercises he would have crafted for us on Saturday morning.  As I started to see results, I realized that this was one of the best decisions I had ever made in my life.
 
After getting a taste of the physical baptism, I thirsted for more cleansing, this time in the form of the food that I would eat.  Tim talked to me about not trying to eliminate all the bad food but designating one single bad meal for the week.  When I first started, I thought I heard him say ONE DAY of bad meals.  I was excited when I gave him my first update on my changed eating habits. I explained how the one day of bad meals per week was going ok, he could not stop crying from laughing saying “No man I said one bad meal a week!”  Needless to say, that changed everything.  Over time I did get better, I fell off the wagon a few times trying to adjust but it has all worked out.  The diet modification has given me that extra boost during my workouts.
 
If you have not committed to changing your health you should do so today!  Drop the diets, consult with Tim and begin your Boot Camp regiment!

Tim, it's been almost 2 years since I began training with you. It all started in the summer of '09 with the Saturday morning fitcamps. I used to get my cardio training from running a few miles at Shelby Farms until a friend referred me to your camps and needless to say I haven't missed many Saturday morning workouts. I've been very impressed of how you keep my muscles guessing of whats to come. Once I decided to take advantage of your private training session, I really became a huge fan of your work. I've enjoyed everything from the customized workouts to the meal plans (and Smoothie recipes).

I just wanted to say thank you for the training sessions over the past few months. I'm not sure if you remember but I asked for a 6 week program and I believe it turned into 3 months. The training I received has really transformed my body and I feel great.  Again, thank you for helping in meeting my fitness goals. I have learned so much over the past couple of years from you and I'm looking forward to the challenges of future fitcamps and training sessions with you.

Before I started working with Tim, I had been working out on my own for about 2 years.  Being a former athlete I figured that I knew my way around the gym, and I knew what it took for me to get back in game shape.  Man was I wrong!  I stayed in the gym about 3 days a week, and randomly went running at Shelby Farms.  A church member told me that he heard about a guy that conducted boot camp style workout sessions on Saturday mornings at one of the local parks for only a few bucks.  Being that I had been stuck at 250lbs for about 3 months, sarcastically I figured that I may as well give him a try.  Little did I know that my metamorphosis was just beginning! 
 
Over a period of 7 months I have gotten down to a lean 216lbs!  I  haven’t seen that number since college.  LOL!  We went through a series of workouts tailored to my specific body type until we found out what worked for me.  Believe me it’s not all about the gym.  He helps with your meals, and checks in with you throughout the week.  I currently can see my waste line, and muscle definition.  I am only 10lbs away from my ultimate goal of being ripped!  I had already tried various expensive and grueling workout plans that require up to a 90 minute commitment, and I couldn’t hack it!  Ultimately I keep remembering what Tim says, “You are only going to get out of it what you put into it!”

I started training with Tim in the summer of 2009. After a few months of personal training and intense boot camps I noticed a significant improvement in my overall strength and endurance. I went from ten push-ups a day to over fifty, I dropped two pant sizes and lost over 20 lbs. Due to my work schedule I am unable at this time to continue personal training with Tim but I still attend the boot camps and I'm still seeing results. This has been a positive change in my life. Months of exercising on my own and modifying my diet led to gradual weight loss; however, I was getting frustrated because I did not see much of a change in the shape of my body.  So, I decided to look for a personal trainer who could help me meet my fitness goals.  I am so glad that I was able to find Tim.  After 3 months of working with Tim twice a week for 1 hour of personal training and attending his intense boot camp on Saturdays, I have seen a huge transformation in my body.  I have loss 13 pounds, 7.8 inches, and dropped 1 size (will be down another size very soon)!!  
 
Tim’s training style has been very effective.  What sets him apart from other trainers is that he individualizes his programs.  For each session, he creates a workout that is based on my level of fitness and fitness needs.  Tim is a great motivator and makes each workout as fun as a workout can possibly be.  I am never bored because he always mixes up the workouts.  He always challenges me to push my body to the limit.  It can be hard core at times, but I must say seeing the results makes it all worthwhile.  He also gives me nutritional information and teaches me how to modify my diet in a way that I can maintain for life.  Training with Tim has been great.  I highly recommend working with him.

Working with Tim as a personal trainer was great.  In the beginning we were below physically where we thought we were.  During the first couple weeks working with Tim we both noticed our bodies changing for the better.  With Tim’s expert advice on healthy eating habits and motivation, we’ve maintained a steady diet. His flexibility to accommodate our schedule really helped out a lot as well.  As the weeks went by we were dropping weight, gaining muscle and building endurance and within three months we surpassed our initial measurements and times.

It's been 2 months since I began working with my personal trainer Tim. I must say working out has never been fun for me but the experience with Tim makes the hour I spend with him go much faster. After two months of two visits a week, new eating habits and alot of sweating, I can now fit in my size 6 and 8 suits again. Two months ago I wore size 10 and still needed more room around the waist.  I feel good in my clothes and I feel healthy. My evening migraines and numbness on my right leg are history. I feel good, I look good and I have more confidence in myself. I am determined to maintain my newly acquired body and will continue training until I get the discipline to do it myself.

I went to my doctor for a regular checkup and I was surprised to find out I had elevated blood pressure and cholesterol.  I really did not want to go on medication and I had heard that these issues could possibly be maintained through diet and exercise.  I was soon introduced to Tim and I began workout sessions twice a week for a hour. Tim has worked with me for approx. 3 months now and my blood pressure at the highest point had been 170/100 and now it is down to around 138/82.  Tim does a Great job educating his clients regarding proper food choices and how to live a healthier lifestyle.   I have gained a new consciousness for the foods that I choose.Tim is dedicated and ready to assist anyone that is willing to Live Healthier.  Thanks Tim.....

Before I started working with Tim, I had been working out on my own for about 2 or 3 months.  I was going to the gym at least 3 days a week and while I was doing a good job of maintaining my weight, I wasn’t getting what I really wanted out of my workouts, which was to lose body fat and really tone my legs and stomach area. 
 
So, I started working with Tim hoping that he could help me reach my ultimate goals.  I worked out with Tim for 2 months and the results were amazing.  I lost inches off both my thighs and stomach area.  My legs were more tone than they had ever been.  Tim pushed me to do things that I never thought I could and I was very pleased with the progress I made while working with him.  He is a true motivator.

One of the most dramatic is the increase in my strength. It was a pleasant surprise when one day as I ran up the stairs in my home I actually felt like I was floating, as my legs propelled me to the top! I never expected that!
